ET graphic problems

i have an ati radeon 4850, those graphic problems appear even with a standard cfg
(reinstalled ET yesterday after some years)

also, i have constant fps (somehow drops to ~90 sometimes, so i play with 76) ,
but every now and then it judders - the game doesnt run smooth. why and how to fix?

Download that http://rs129.rapidshare.com/files/398219227/atioglxx.7z and put it to syswow64 or system32 directory in windows folder. Syswow64 if u got 64bit win and to system32 if ur win is 32bit. Then ur os will ask do you want to replace this file, press yes.
