Hard to say considering you would have to have to played with them propely to know how effective they are on vent etc so you get alot of fanboys claiming player a) is the best because he has nice aim cause thats all they can see. ProbablyEstonia Night or someone like that, playing atm, and probably one of the Europe Digntas/u96d guys for all of time like Estonia intact eg

Learn to read mr fusen :P people judge and claim that player (a) is better than player (b) because all they see on ettv is his/her awesome aim, but i say you could only really know who is the best by playing with them and knowing what they like on vent etc Night is probably the best player atm (impact wise on a game/overall even though he doesnt have the best aim). u96d/Dignitas part was saying one of them players is probably the best of all time.
