msn problem

im at a laptop and when i click on the msn icon, it says the program isn't working anymore and it tries to find a solution for the problem..

WHAT THE FUCK IS THE PROBLEM ? :d

Friend of mine had this with Dead Rising 2 and changed the audio configuration but i guess it has nothing to do with MSN :D
