hi. you can try also fatal1ty quake live config. on celeron 1.5GHz on my laptop had +100fps at 800x600

Select one from the options ingame. They got low-quality, pro settings and stuff like that.

make yourself , holyshiat page is pretty good for autogenerating

fox's cfg was nice afaik, i could play with it @ school. Give it a try
