W7 SP1 error

so i've got some problems with downloading and installing windows 7 service pack1,
so my problem is that i get some weird error code..


WINDOWS SP1 = KB976932 ,<- AT THIS UPDATE HE FAILS :'(

and the error code is -> "80096003"
