Paypal Locked

So here's the deal, I opened a paypal account years ago but never really had any use for it and never deposited money onto the account. I've added my VISA to the account but never confirmed it and now it's locked.

So now I wanna buy something on Ebay and I'm about to contact paypal support. The thing is I have no idea how long this deal will be up for and I wanna get this done as quickly as possible. Did anyone go through this before and know what they will be asking for to verify/unlock the account? so that I can have all that ready and not have to constantly email them for 3 weeks.

I had some thing similar a while ago with them holding back money from ebay all of a sudden so I called them instead of using email. I dont have the number saved any where but I found this by searching a little, hope it helps :)

I haven't but I would really like it if you did play a show match with queens or any team. I did prefer a 5 map showmatch with maps like pirates,missle,supply,radar and bremen.

I'm having my account locked too, they are asking all kind of proof that I am who I am, like bills from last 3months, some photos of your ID's(ofc you can black out certain things) etc. Cba to solve it atm.

Did you email them or call them? Would be so much easier if I could just email them my ID and all that stuff cause I'm used to doing this sort of shit when dealing with poker sites. The problem is it seems in order for me to e-mail them/call them I need to access my account to get some piece of shit PIN code, and I can't do that obv cause the account is locked :D

I e-mailed them picture of my ID+Visa. Blacked out some things. But it was just 1/5 what I needed to do, can't remember what else they wanted except picture of bill.

I was blocked randomly as well and had to wait a couple of years for my old account to expire. I wasn't about to send them even more personal details (see BossHK's reply).

Paypal seems fucking retarded tbh, judging by their website it feels like they can't even be arsed to deal with customers :D

Can't believe people are actually still using this shit. Hopefully moneybookers/skrill will take over sometime in the future.

A while ago they asked my CPF, a kind of id here in Brazil, saying if I didn't put it in my account they would block it and eventually delete it :( They've sen't me an e-mail warning
me of that requirement... Maybe you should search your inbox for something like that
