need help with demo problem

hiho people of crossfire

i have this problem when i go to view my demos, i click on etpro and do /demo (name) it loads the map then it goes on the main et screen with a box with this error.

ERROR: CG_RegisterPlayerClasses: failed to load character file
'characters/temperate/axis/soldier.char
' for the Axis Soldier
