if you mean by "signed up for anything" mean "sign up for betas" then yes, there is a beta application tool at their site, which adds your system specs to your account

hey, i logged into my blizzard acc and i think i have a diablo 3 invite too, but Im not sure. Did u get any message or is diablo 3 simply added to your games (diablo 3 - coming soon at games)?

hey. you get a regular blizzard email and after that youll find diablo3 in your games list in your battle.net. there you can choose to download it like any other game you have on your account.
