I don't think you can play Library on gamestv automaticaly atm Think you need some admin support for that.

as tehre was already a match on GTV I guess the map should be in their list already. Though iirc GTV can only add a limited amount of maps to their maplist for some reason. So they might want to wait till there is a final version. Just guessing
