FPS lag with TZAC

I haven't played for a while and now, when I started up ET and connected to a server, the game was uber laggy(like 40 fps), although I've always had stable 125 fps. I've also noticed that when dead and spectating someone, the lag does not occur, but when respawning the lag comes back.

Any solutions?

Got the same. Type "+set fs_game etmain" to command line options. Worked for me
