:D Mayor already said its pretty silly, and so far i haven't had trouble at the shops near my house, so can't be 100% on the shops in the centre but i'm 90% sure you dont need the stupid card :)

It's not 100% legal. There are loads of rules around it.

Well, you can buy it at coffeeshops = legal for me ;D

Illegal is like its here in Norway, get caught with weed = a big fine + jail.

Only allowed 5 grams personal use, coffee shops aren't allowed to sell strong weed (>15% THC?) and a few other rules. It's not legal but ofc can see why people think it is x)
