Can anyone help me setup a cfg for a next gen PC its way too confusing now im using updated setup compared to the old hardware. its been years thankyou in advanced

27" monitor = resolution 1920 1080
GTX 960 2GB
8GB ddr 3 2400mhz
i5 4690K 3.5GHZ
1000hz mouse rate
