cod2 error

just bought cod2, but for some reason i cant install it as i have this error :/

"Executable "D;\setup\rsrc\cod2.exe" had the following unrecoverable error:
Couldnt find library MSVCR80.dll (required by C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~3\Office12\GrooveUtil.DLL) Please ensure that this is installed. it also says that an internet connection is not detected :(

help me solve this problem !

and google gave me that you need the .NET framework!

well, does that folder exist? if not, find it, and instal it
