LOL, I just got a ticket for speeding in enschede on the 12th of april :>

Supposedly I drove 40km where 30km is allowed, omfg MAJOR offence!! call the #carepolice imo!!

I have no idea where she came from. Apparently she’s from Poland (her lack of English skills) and doing dAv1d of The Last Resort (who’s three years younger than her), but apart from that what do we really know? She’s 25 and her friends include Loekino, Sheep and qraigu, something that in dictionary would be put right below “pathetic”

no ET players in common are close to me except my norwegian real life mates.

But when they are talking crap about nations (like.. i was really looking forward to reading the crap they could say about norway.. cause its fun to read..) and about other stuff, its mostly only to stupid.. and therefor its a good laugh.

I think if you examined the statistics you'd find that people hit by a car travelling at 40km are proportionately, much more likely to die than someone hit by a car travelling at 30km.

Shame on you for belittling speed limits which save lives every year.

Dude, i've got away with several of these fuckers...

Just tear the first one they send, deny all knowledge of it. Then they will send another threatning you etc. After 2 weeks they can not do fuck all about it, so send one back after the 2 weeks saying ok jut got it, and say, I have a habbit of lending my car out, i'm not sure who was driving at that time could you please send me the proof (screenshot :>)

This was in the UK though, so i'm not 100% sure rules apply the same, but it should work and i think NL are more laxed about that shizle than UK :o

Worked 7/7 so far... 2 for me and 5 from friends..

That doesn't work in the UK anymore :( .

If you ignore it, they prosecute for failing to provide information.

If you claim you don't know who was driving, they prosecute the person the car is registered to.

haha nice try. not gonna work here. First your ticket is going to be more expensive if you don't pay up. This will happen about 2 or 3 times.. after that they hand it over to an attorney to collect the money. If by then you still don't pay you get to go to court. If by then you still won't pay they will impound either your car or other posessions. If by that time you don't have anything to take, you will simply do jailtime.

Op dit moment in Nederland altijd bezwaar aantekenen! Justitie heeft het op dit moment nl. te druk om elk bezwaar inhoudelijk te beoordelen, waardoor veel bonnen geseponeerd worden of verjaren.
