Cmd question

What's the command that lets you pick up a weapon and doesn't change the thing that you are holding atm *for example an ammo pack or sth* to the weapon which you've just picked up? It's quite annoying when I heal myself with the med packs and I pick a gun and this gun suddenly turns up instead of my med packs.

I thought about it. But nope. I have it at '0' and it's no help as you can see.
