A woman in Wuppertal called the police after she saw what she believed to be a disguised criminal on the passenger seat of a car in a parking garage. The police arrived with three cars and surrounded the criminal. After having a closer look at the car the police officers realized that the assumed criminal was in fact a big plush beaver.
