Well atm I'm taking it a bit easy because I overdid my biceps 2 days ago, I mistook the weights ( only 2 kg more than i normally do but still ) and I did the full course , I thought I was just having a bad day but it were the weights and so I hurt my arm :[
i will tell u, my dad woke me up at 9 wtf !!! i needed a new phone, i had to bike 3 times to the city!!!!!!, i dont have tze power tho tzyp normally engrish! now i have to go sleepy
i was at footballtraining ... after that i went to some friends..we played mario party at gamecube ... i became 2nd ! omg this fuckerz stole 2 stars because of BUU HUU that fuckin ghost ._.
