I can't disable it, I don't want to have a login screen just to start straight into windows, someone tell me how?
Also when I press ctrl alt del I dont get task manager I get that shut down, lock computer etc someone know how to change that also?
Both changed at same time.

I think you could delete it (won't have any effects, i'm not sure about it though), but you can also just "hide" it by editing the registry (google may help you).
2) Type in the following command and click OK
control userpasswords2
3) Highlight the user you want to log into automatically, then uncheck the box for
"Users must enter a username and password to use this computer"
4) Click on Apply and you'll be asked to verify the username and password to log in automatically
5) Click OK and the next time you restart your computer, you'll automatically be logged in without having the classic prompt or Welcome Screen.
