MP4 players

Hiho. I've been thinking of buying a good and quite cheap MP4 player for some time now. I've browsed some sites and have read about some of them. A few caught my eye but the problem is that there are almost no guys among my friends who have MP4 players. Most of them have their old mp3s and stuff. So do I but it has only got 128mb memory (bought about 6 years ago) so it doesn't really suit me now. So there's no chance to get an opinion from my friends but maybe some of you have the knowledge and experience with MP4 players. If you really do have any, I would appreciate if you could tell me which products are good and worth buying (I mean the quality/price stuff, you know).
