BNC (Oh the drama!)

So here is the story of the BNC. About 3 weeks ago i ordered a bnc from bouncers4you, it was all very rock`nd roll. I then waited like a week and I did not have a email from them so I sent them a polite email asking what was going on. I got nothing in response, so week and a bit later i tried contacting them again and did not hear anything back.

Today I then checked my junk email and there was the login information for my bnc (olol). but then for some reason everything was in but 10 mintues later I then realised that there was a icon at the top of the page!

I set up my bnc and everything works. It looks like I can add more bnc but I don't want to pay extra, I only paid for 1 bnc but it looks like I can add more what shall I do?!
