Need help with my monitor

I just played UT2k4 on a high brightness / contrast level i didnt like it and uninstalled the game but now i still have that high brightness / contrast level in my screen.

how to get it back to normal:<

Reinstall the game, put the brightness/contrast back to what it was, and uninstall again, dunno.
