ET Crashing! GAH!

well,l i want to get back into playing ET. But before i quit i tried some gun frame thing. (cg_gun_frame). I tried getting back into it again and now i get a xfire exception EVERY time i try going on a PB server. The exception error is:

I've reinstalled many times, on different harddrives. I even took a working instalaltion off my brothers computer and tried that on this computer and i still get the same error. I've also re-installed xfire. ANY MORE IDEAS PEOPLE WOULD BE GREATLY APPREICIATED!!
