anyone ever had probs with this program? was fine with me for years but now after unexpected blue screen, it is saying encountered problem bla bla when songs are switching :/

tried reinstalling too :X

Sounds like damaged files, which (worst case) could be caused by a dying HDD. I'd recommend backing up important files and scanning your disk for errors.
