problem with my mic! :c

Hey, I have a problem with my mic. When I talk @ vent you only hear my music, and a buzzing sound. Does someone have a solution to this? Thnx in advance! I have a headset btw and using windows vista.

This is not only on vent, also on msn for example when I press f2, and record something

selecteer microphone ipv wave out mix

wave out mix staat er niet, maar er staat 2 keer microphone, want ik heb 2 micaansluitingen. Die ene is aangesloten, maar, bij die eigenschappen staar geen wave out mix ;x

smokeninja got the same. he defaulted settings of his sound card's drivers or something. it started working.

is it some realtek crap? if it is then I only managed to fix it with buying a proper soundcard.
