accelfix for windows vista?

Anyone here playing ET or something else with windows vista?
I can't seem to find one that works.
Also, mf_init doenst work with vista, sudden 90 degree moves of my mouse happens when i use it : [

So the requests are:
- any accelfix for zie vista?
- or any other mf_init (older / newer)

i has no problem with vista and ET, except the low fps

My prfile for a polling rate workaround, cant help you with the mouse accel thing, sorry :(
