hitsounds!!

im having a weird thing (thought its only on my pc but happens on my laptop too):

i cant get headshot hitsounds.

b_hitsounds 1 works fine for all kinds of hits.
b_hitsounds 2 disables all sounds. none for head. (im speccing maus atm so i should hear much of them).


any ideas what could cause this?
though bout wrong soundsettings but both sounds are the same wav file
