PES 2008 key problem

me and my friend just rented PES 2008 at the video store. installed it at his comp, np everything all right. now i got it home with me and somehow i can't install it.
when i gotta enter the key i just can't press "forward" (you know the button is not "pressable" like when i gotta agree to some licens and i havent cliked "yes i agree")
tho thats not the case here and i just need to enter the key. its a original one since the game is from the video store
