Violation GameHook

A mate of mine has a problem in eT.
He suddenly gets kicked by pb.
The reason is Violation Game Hook [#120120] .
He's not a cheater, thats sure 100% (believe it or not).

Well I've tried to look it up here but #120120 is not listed there.

Does anyone know a solution how he could solve that problem?

He hasn't changed anything. We were playing a war before and he got kicked as we joined another server.

Update: Forget about it. Don't think that he's a cheater but everything speaks against him. It his problem, not mine.
You guys can go on with beeing assholes and stuff like u always are ;)
