Ping is also an issue. EVERYONE pings horribly to each other that are not in the same continent. I don't think anyone wants to play a battle versus EU with 250-300 ping while others have 50 ping.

Lightning is easily the best active rifle. acozz if he's playing, which i'm almost certain he isn't. haZer is a similar level to Light, but i think Light's more likely to fit in to a team with players like maus and butch who are guaranteed to play, since he's a hardcore objective player.
