and even without it you go to game modes, go to multiplayer and "direct ip"

1 host the other connects to his ip and you play online :)

fifa09 is EASY on hardest lvl(both goalkeeper & team lvl)
i bet you suck tho, manager mode is the easiest mode in fifa
