x3m server issues?

Just got a new 
x3m server up-and-running, with a little weird problem. For some people they ping nice (48), but for a few others its a constant 250 for multiple people.
Thing is, everyone who is having issues is pinging high to all x3m servers but have good inet connections. A traceroute found the connection goes from the uk --> holland, but far longer than it should. All other dutch servers are fine, just x3m giving bad pings.
Anyone else having issues?
