Mousefix for Vista

So I got myself a new computer running on Vista Home Premium, but I'm stuck with mouseaccel. Does someone have a magic patch or fix for this problem? I've already disabled it in control panel for Vista and used cl_mouseaccel 0, but its still there.

Does it support multiple games, and work properly?

I just disabled accel in the control panel and I'm using rinput for ET

too lazy to give proper links , but check razerblueprints there is a guy who changed some sys files to disable the accel. worked for me
