Debrecen is the first Hungarian team which qualified after 14 years. I hope to see Inter and Barca in Budapest (coz sadly there isn't even a suitable stadium in city Debrecen:)...

Well, I remember that was a close game, Hungary Debrecen went through with an aggregate 3-3 (2-0 Debecen; 1-3 Sweden Kalmaar) in the second qualifying round.

But after that they proved - by beating Estonia Levadia with an aggregate 2-0 (1-0;1-0) in the third round, and Bulgaria Levski Sofia with an aggregate 4-1 (2-1;2-0) in the fourth round - that it wasn't only luck.

Wasn't talking bout the other qualifiers, but yeah, the game vs Kalmar was really close and seeing as I am a bit of a Kalmar fan, I feel they should have progressed :P

But gl, you'll need it in that group!

Yes, I totally understand you. But well, as s3boy wrote above, we do not have any chance in almost any groups. Getting a single point is above any expectation I think.

But if I remember well, 14 years ago when Ferencvaros played in the Champions League, they beat Grasshoppers away (3-0) and played a 1-1 draw in Budapest against Real Madrid, finishing the group as third. I hope there will be a little surprise here again... Debrecen do not have anything to lose from now, they can only win!

Seriously, looking at how do Wisla, Legia and Lech play - I'd say that if any Polish team qualifies eventually to Champions League, it will be Lech. I'm not any fan of one of these teams - it is just clear that Legia and Wisla cant play against foreign teams. They are well in Polish league but they just cant find a way to perform internationally. While Lech proved that they can do something outside of Polish scene.
