acer crystal eye webcam

so basically my cousin just bought a new ACER laptop with built in crystal eye webcam, when she turns it on, it shows her up as green and the pixels are fucked :S so i went into settings but wont let me click "colour"

when you open it up acer crystal eye click on the options tab then click the default button and see if putting settings to default works.

yeh theres colour enable but i cant click it :S
