pb lags fun

i wrote ticket on evenbalance site asking about pb lags and solutions,
got this response:

as quickly as possible means that they are working on it from the last pb update which was on "Tuesday 06.30.2009 [10:45PM]"

4 years newer games than ET are smooth, but this 6/7 yrs old is at some times fucking unplayable. How can "decent pc" fix this?

ye my old pc was 2,6ghz xeon , and i ve pb-lagged as hell and not even stable fps....

i wrote a ticket to them/after 2 months they answered(lol) saying they apologize for the delay.that was all they say.not how to fix problem.nothing
