Enable 2nd core in ET

Anyone got a good way to enable the 2nd core when playing ET? I prefer some easy shortcut to do it, like using to keyboard keyz or smt.

Anyone?

Hm I did go browse the ET.exe and told it to set it to 2 cores - But when I go ingame it's still only 1 core?
