its all about the reputation. Once you are an admin you should act different as a usual user. Be it ingame on communication platforms or whereever.

High esl admins already got removed from their positions "just" for flaming in matches.

Ye its a bit of fun but to make fake quotes to try and look cool infront of some random et players is just a lack of professionalism.
