just paste the image into illustrator and use pen tool to draw it again, now u got the shizzle drake in vector format so u can resize it to what ever size u like, Hf

Make a template yourself. Was this program called rasterbator i think, lets you print a large image over multiple sheets of A4 paper. Just edit the pic with w/e program to just outline and use that to print, cut out spray/paint w/e = win!
