Depends, if it's harddance (or how to call it) it can keep you up, if it's psytrance it will make you fall asleep or make you become a zombie

True! I'm listening to some nice downtempo/ambient music now though (by Radix a.k.a. Mosaik) which is very nice for falling asleep to.
