Tbh i make Fruity Loops sound like a duck was dying or something, i suck with it, what i can do?

yeah, but meant like any tips? :)
Looked for any tutorials or or forums for it on google or smth? Usually there should be some good guides to get you started.
i did but really found nothing what could help me with sounds, only stuff like how you add stuff to ur play list, etc
