Swap Division:
At the moment it is no problem for you to swap your division. The only thing you need is another team which likes to swap the divisions with you. Just write a Support Ticket or query an admin on IRC #esl.et @quakenet with the links to your and the other team. Of course you can send in a request without another team willing to swap with you but then the chances to swap the division is much lower - nevertheless the ESL will try again to do our best. Deadline is Sunday, 4th April 23:59 CET.
Global Config Changes:
- Rifle spawns with only 3 riflegrenades (instead of 5)
- Fieldop rechargetime lowered to 35 seconds (40 before) and 25 seconds (30 before) when the commandpost is built

All matches have to be played with punkbuster on unless both teams agree not to. If you wish to play with punkbuster off, make sure at the start of the match when all players have connected you load a config with punkbuster on and make the necessary GUID-screenshot.
