CB EuroCup XXV: Qualifier Thursday

One of the games scheduled for 21:00 CEST is a clash between european mix - Jacks and toNi's crew Sleeperz. Jacks's lineup looks very promising. Big names such as gifty or lettu are coming back to more active gaming. On the other hand we have a mix of hungarian players led by Nonix, in addition of znArk from Germany and two former zZz players such as toNi and xcN. It's going to be a tight game and I think that one of the teams will take it with 4:2!

League: CB ET EuroCup XXVIn second game of this qualifier pair we have a well known gentlemen from Belgian Fraternity who are going to fight with one of the surprises of this year's EuroCup Qualifiers - MYserious-gaming. Their activity and hard work in latest months has finally paid off and they got a chance to play in highest Clanbase competition. But will it be enough to beat those veterans from Belgium? Even if they were not so active in recent times, I still think it will be very tough game for ScaTmaN's team.

Another promising game coming up at 21:00 CEST. On the one hand we have one of the strongest (if not the strongest) team in this Qualifiers - TAG while on the other side we have a mix of nice individuals under new brand in EuroCups - Devastation. Although few of Devastation players have already played in the EuroCup, this will be a debut in this competition for some of them.

We still don't know who is going to be aToOn's sixth player but so far their lineup looks better on paper. However, former inteRaction team has always been dangerous so aToOn can not just underestimate them.

Last but not least is a battle between NBS and STAR.ET. NBS is one of the most active teams recently. They've been doing quite well and I'm sure they've got a potential to become one of the best current teams. Their opponent is no one else than German old dog humM3L with his boys. Yet again he gathered some of his friends and led by Kevji's amazing rifle skills they are going to take up the fight against Sinnu's team.

Qualifiers Schedule:

• 1st Round: 09 April - 13 April
  
• 2nd Round: 13 April - 18 April

All games not scheduled 2 days before the deadline, will be forced to the deadline!

[bMatch Rules - qualifier matches[/b]]
1. A player may only play a qualifier with 1 clan
2. Players who played for the winning clan in a qualifier will not be allowed to play for any other team in the cup (EuroCup + OpenCup) during the first 3 match weeks. This rule seeks to discourage players who do not intend to compete with the clan from 'helping' it qualify.
3. Players who played for the losing clan in a qualifier must first go through the new member procedure (as described in the Clans And Players section) before they can play for another clan.

In case the game is tied at 2 sw rounds, a 3rd sw round is played on one of the remaining maps from the maplist. Teams take turns eliminating maps. The winner of the coinflip eliminates the first map, followed by the other team until one map is left to be played. When a map is selected, the loser of the coinflip chooses which team goes first.

All team captains/war arrangers should idle #EuroCup.priv IRC channel. PM me or one of CB Admins in order to get a password for cup channel.
