After over a year of having one of the most stable lineups in Call of Duty 4, Team Dignitas today announces two new faces in that lineup. We had a successful year winning ESL EPS UK Season 1, OOF3 Champion and we did well in various other competitions. The new season is starting and of course with Modern Warfare 2 not very far away we are looking to secure a stable lineup for that new challenge.



Returning to the lineup is our old friend Chris 'nreo' Mead together with former TCM player Mark 'Phantasy' Pinney. We are also glad to announce that Chris 'blackmane' Kinnair will be returning from his inactive role and step into the starting lineup as team Captain.

Two weeks before the Event, SK decided to change 2 players. Nobody expected them to win, but they have proven the world wrong.

Today, 07:30 CET, SK|1.6 played fnatic in the Grand Final of the Intel Extreme Masters Global Challenge, Chengdu. A match of amazingly high tense and great frags ended 2-0 in favor of SK.Gaming. Eventhough the score is 2-0, it was exciting till the end, it was one of the closest Grand Finals in history. After winning de_nuke 21-18 in Overtime, what shows how close the match was, SK could pull things up on de_train. This map also went into overtime, but SK managed to win it 21-16. Until the last moment it could have gone either way and this final will be remembered as one of the best ever. fnatic's star player f0rest tried to pull things up for fnatic as good as possible, but SK has just been too strong this week. On SK's side we have to mention walle who played amazingly this week. All in all, SK is going home with 15,000 $ and the Intel Extreme Masters Season 4 title.

a team that sees the return of three Dignitas ET and ET:QW legends. Please welcome back Björn 'Bjorn' Rombaut, Hendrik 'RELOAd' Kinks and Jaka 'JaKaZc' Kejzar!

Joining them are Sebastian 'drago' Ohrmann and Ivo 'darkman' Vidergar. We are more than confident that these five players will be among the best teams the game will see.

The 2nd matchweek of Clanbase Nations Cup has just begun. The first match this week seems to be a boring one. On the first view it looks pretty easy for Sweden, World Cup 3on3 Winner 2008. The lineup of Sweden contains players like sAvage or tornis. But like always, there is a but.... Romania, who has also suprised in the 3on3 WorldCup last year are extremely motivated to surprise in this Clanbase NationsCup aswell. Winterstorm about Europe! You may think I’m talking about that match, but no. Still, the final of Highbot Winter Challenge 08/09 is one of the best matches in 2009 so far. CC5 Champion h2k.Gaming went pretty easily through the groupstage,while the playoffs haven't exactly been a challenge for them, but there are rumours that gifty will not play tonight - so who will be the rifle ? We'll have to see. If you see the lineup of S. N. Battalion many will scream team perfo, but the team has proven that it doesn't hinge on epic dutch superstar perfo. Stability and teamplay brought them to the final, and they want to win it for sure, regardless of their opponent. Respect is allowed, but no fear!
